I recently retained Justin Baxter to sue on my behalf, for violations under federal law. Justin and his Oregon firm, Baxter and Baxter, were able to negotiate a quick and favorable settlement. I highly recommend Baxter & Baxter to anyone who is looking for an attorney to represent them in consumer matters.

In 2006 I retained Justin Baxter to represent me against the three major credit reporting agencies for false and inaccurate credit reporting issues. I knew I was correct about my dispute; Justin believed in my cause and took the case without hesitation. Even with a judgment from the state court, the creditor and the three credit reporting agencies had refused to remove the derogatory information. Within a few months after Justin filed action against the defendants in the Federal Court, my credit was restored and eventually I also received a settlement for my claim of damages. I highly recommend the Baxter and Baxter firm to anyone that is fighting the big corporations and the injustice of our failed credit reporting and rating systems.

Lyndon Ruhnke was a great lawyer. Got me in and filed my bankruptcy fast. Saved my house from foreclosure. I would recommend. Thanks Lyndon.
