Do they have an email address? Do they manage a condo within a D'Orleans Condominium Assoc.? We own a condo there at 615 E. Broadway #406. and would like them to manage our condo. Please advise. Beglitzee@msn.com

Berro Management also manages condos. They seem to be very knowledgeable in this field and have bookkeepers and representatives specifically dedicated to that field of property management. Plus they have a 24 hour answering service for emergencies. Their response time seems to be very good

Our company has managed both income property, such as rental apartments and homes, as well as common interest developments (CIDs), for over 33 years in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, California. We currently manage thousands of units for investors as well as for homeowners associations. 1. Our clients are primarily the property owners with whom we have a contract and are not the tenants per se. That is the nature of our retention and we cannot change that. 2. Because the service our clients provide is that of housing, we are obligated to comply with all housing statutes and privacy laws, and would not seek to do otherwise. To so respond in detail to certain comments online could be found to interfere with the complaining individual¿s privacy and would create even more controversy. They don't take care of their tenant, neglects them. They need to replace one of their manager name Brook on Mariquita. She's so unprofessional and has no managing knowledg, and over steps rules and bounderies of the premises herself.

I'm still waiting for Berro to come through on their promises of cleaning up their apartment buildings on Orange Ave. Till this date 9/9/06 I still can't sleep right because of the loud music playing at 12-4 am. Lets see if they can rectify these problems before they start losing the good tenants.
