These people are so rude. They insulted me and my wife which is why we didn't buy a car from them. They kept giving us the run around because they didn't want to buy our trade-in because they wanted to make more money off of their cars even after they said they would give us a certain amount for our trade-in. They even said they would lower the price of the car and then changed their minds when I went in so close the deal. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!

I Found a car that I liked on Cactus Autos website so I made a trip down to the dealership. When I got there I was approached by a salesperson who told me that the car I was looking for had just sold! He then quickly asked me where my husband was. When I told him I was not married his demeanor changed and he became very friendly! Maybe a little too much! I got a very bad taste very quickly! I know that my experience is only related to the salesperson so there is a chance this dealer is not so bad. A note for the owners of Cactus, you might want to do a better job on the hiring process!

I bought my car at Cactus Auto in April of this year. I had a great salesman. I liked the selection and I felt I got a good deal on the vehicle I chose. Of course you should always do your research and take any used car that you're thinking of buying to your mechanic. Having done these things, Cactus Auto is a good source for a good used car at a fair price. I would buy from them again.

The service was horrible, I was at the dealer looking at cars and not a single person came out to help me. There were salesmen sitting out on the patio looking even when I made eye contact no response. I had to go up and ask for someone. Would not recommend this place.
