Simply put, this is a company of integrity! They do what they say they can do, which is huge for Detroit! And the owners are people who are investing in Detroit. In other words, they are not just "staffers" who have no idea what it means to be a landlord. Excellent company!

I've been a landlord with this company for over a year. They've done a great job growing and adapting as I've purchased more properties and asked more of their services. In the last several months, their sales team has rented all of my properties in record time. I've tried other management companies in the City and have now moved all of my properties to Detroit Building Blocks. I am very satisfied.

I left this company due to lack of communication, over pricing and constant errors and fault passing. The outside looks great but, I think they have a long way to go before they should manage other people's property for profits. The goal of a management team should be to keep the property in good condition and to ensure the tenants are happy. Contrary to that happening I was left to find another manager in the city, who by the way is doing a fantastic job! I don't have to say the name just know I have some serenity knowing my properties are being well taken care of in Detroit. I do understand some of the things that happen with them a little better now but, that's no excuse for horrible services. Don't listen to the on the telephone spill ask for a few owners #'s who left or pretend to be a tenant trying to get a repair!

This property management company is owned by investors who invest in the city of Detroit. They have the real estate investor mindset, which is so important!!
