I would highly recommend the Food Lion at 4848 Virginia Beach Blvd. as a great choice for a supermarket. I've been driving by a closer Farm Fresh to shop at this location over the past 2 months and plan on doing it in the future. The store is very clean, nice, and well-maintained. The parking lot is usually clear of wild shopping carts. The shelves are usually well-stocked. The organic section near the produce, as well as organic merchandise mixed in elsewhere in the store is very adequate for other health-concerned shoppers. The produce section is nice with a great selection. I've also been pleased with the freshness of the meat department. Most importantly to me, the prices are the best in the area. Better than Farm Fresh, Harris Teeter, and even Wal-Mart when you consider the weekly MVP specials. It's a busy store, but they'll usually open up every, or almost every cash register when the store gets busy. Overall, I'm very happy with the store and would recommend it to others.
