GP did 2 warranty repair jobs at our house.The work was performed based on the 10 year warranty from the previous home owner.Upon contacting GP for a 3rd repair, suddenly they had no record of ever performing work at our house.Donny said they had a new computer system, did not have access to their files, and that it was the customer¿s responsibility to keep all the records.We supplied the same paperwork that we did the first 2 times but now it did not satisfy them.We were forced to bother the previous home owner to supply bank statements to prove payment for the original job and they spoke to him personally.That still did not satisfy them.He strung us along, saying they were ¿looking into it¿ for 5 days, without hot water!Our family, with 2 small children, went a total of 6 days without hot water!He never got back to us and we decided to move on and call a more reliable company.GP was a huge headache to work with all 3 times and we would never recommend them to anyone.

I never have given a review for anyone. I just wanted to say thank you to Giant Plumbing for a job well done. My nieghbor recommended me to them for a copper repipe. The job was completed in 2 days included 6 holes that were repaired. A crew that respected my family and home very clean and professional. Thank you Giant Plumbing, Denise
