Of course I am bias since my oldest daughter Tina owns the place. Since the last review, she bought Carol 's half of the business, but the service didn't change. Carol still works there and Tina had to advertise for another stylist to help with the exploding clientel. Any of the stylists employed here will make you look your best and listen to what you wish. No need to worry if you have to bring young ones with you, they have items to help occupy them while you are being cared for. Of course the stylists also do a great job with children styles.

Head Over Heels is a great place to get your hair done. The environment is friendly and filled with stylish and hip decor. The two owners Tina and Carol are very kind and have great experience. They are always helping with activities and fundraisers and love helping others with their business needs! Although they can be pricey, they do an excellent job with meeting the needs of their customers. Satisfaction is very important to them!It can be difficult to find the place at first though, because it is behind a line of shops next to the wendy's in Elizabethtown.
