An incredible array of cheeses from all over the world. I've learned so much from Nancy, who is the most helpful person when you are a novice cheese buyer and don't quite know which cheeses are the best to buy. Definitely ask for Nancy when you are there. If you go, you can't go wrong with the Old Amsterdam Gouda (unbelievable), the Asiago Fresco, the Cotswald, Petite Basque, or the sheeps milk cheese with peppercorns. If you like soft cheeses like Brie, you will love Cambazola (a combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola). Also try the meats such as the supresette or the herbed salami. And the packaged salmon mousse or the packaged (not the loose one) Pate de Campagne (pronounced comp-panya) is awesome. If they don't have the packaged salmon mousse, they try to accommodate by making their own homemade mousse, but it's not as good. Stick with the packaged one. When you serve these at your next party, your guests will absolutely love you.
