Our previous landlord was unavailable for repairs and never returning our calls. The property was literally falling apart and our landlord was enforcing illegal practices to our tenant rights. We finally said this is enough and started the ordeal of finding another apartment. Luckily we had come across Parkview Property Management. The staff had actually educated us about our tenant rights and guided us out of our lease and bad landlord relationship legally! It's been about 4 years now, and we had to relocate because of our careers. The time of tenancy was pleasant and well managed with great courtesy to our needs. Thanks again for the house, and we will always be thankful for the consideration and occupancy.
