I wasn't sure how I would like my long, curly hair cut and was a little uneasy about geeting a new cut. GiGi cut my hair beautifully, reshaped it and kept it long. She spent alot of time styling it for me. I had a great experience, and the price was well worth the quality of haircut I was given. I would recomend the Q salon to anyone...

Both great and terrible, depends upon the technician. Overall, I would say they are 5 star. Easy to schedule last minute with the helpful and friendly call center. Great basic pedicure for the price too... always using a new file with every new client... which you can take with. Great facials and waxings too. Buttt... when it comes to *HAIR*, be wary!! After several recommendations for Richard by the call center, I scheduled with him at Max German Village. I had very long hair and wanted only so much cut, but he took over 3 inches more! Then before I knew it, I was being rushed out the door with an unstyled mop of hair. Then I realized I couldn't twist my hair up (which he promised I could do)! I was so upset over the disaster of a cut, I forgot my hair which I asked to be saved. It was gone when I returned for it 5 minutes later. I am willing to bet my hair was resold as extensions, which is why I was rushed out so rudely. Highly unprofessional and really just rude.
