Staff rude. Unprofessional. Greedy. People like these are why the real estate market tanked our entire economy. AVOID! Do it FSBO and save yourself the 6%! Realtors are a worthless extra anyway.

I would not recommend Siebert Realty for any type of leasing or business transaction. We had a winter rental for 08. Working with the property management team was a nightmare. warning...you may not get 100% of your deposit back. Any type of rental concern will be turned and charged back to the renter and not the owner of the property or Siebert. Avoid them like the plague!
