I would like to rate Robert whom works there as a friendly guy who cares if his clients are happy or not. Robert takes the time to greet his clients with a smile and hug no matter how bad his day may be going. Robert never displays how he is feeling as his objective is for his client to be happy and is very professional. Robert can be set in his ways when it comes to your hair but over all he cares if your happy and will go the extra mile for his clients. My only suggestion would be for all the hairstylist to be equally versed in all areas fo the field. Many times I ask for a certain service and buisness is given away to another hairstylist. This allows another hairstylist to steal your client. And can take away confidence in the stylist whom they are loyal too questioning if they are updated on all areas of service they perform for them. However--- if your looking for a good place to get your hair done with sylvia everyone is good. And what one does not know another will.
