Chocolate croissants, really good cappuccinos, and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere make this a great place to go with friends or a good book. They were grossly understaffed one Saturday morning and didn't try to offer us anything to make up for it, but other than that I've really enjoyed several experiences there.

Delicious Coffee! Delectable snacks! And I've always received courteous assistance when ordering. I work several blocks away- and there's other shops closer by, but the quality of UPG makes it worth the walk, everytime.
