I've been to 5 or 6 different stylists there over the years. Service is good, but stylist vision is mediocre at best

New to Indianapolis, needed a new style, color and lo-lites. I had to rely on the online yellow pages to find a salon that I would feel comfortable going to and was reasonable in both price and distance. My first experience was with a often spoke of DLLowry (?) and I ended up spending alot of money for someone else's misinterpreted "vision" of what I wanted. West 86th Hair was a relief! Upbeat, more than reasonable and all around a good experience. Until my next work relocation I am staying with them!

Great experience at this salon. The upscale environment without the stuffyness is great. It seems all of the stylists have been there for a long time. I liked their website, west86thhair.com also.
